1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ph33e online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the ph33e website and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the ph33e Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the ph33e service.

To register and use the ph33e Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph33e strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering or using the ph33e Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players on ph33e.
• You must be accessing ph33e from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ph33e complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, including any exclusion program administered by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph33e, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ph33e Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph33e reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering your ph33e account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information during the registration process. ph33e reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph33e account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph33e will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify ph33e immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ph33e support is available 24/7 via live chat in your account dashboard.

• Account registration is free of charge.
• ph33e may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• You must keep your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address, up to date at all times.
• ph33e may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ph33e accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount at ph33e is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ph33e account instantly. Bank transfer deposits are generally processed within the same business day, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution. ph33e does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount at ph33e is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with ph33e's anti-money laundering obligations. ph33e reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Funds deposited into your ph33e account may only be used for gaming purposes on the Platform.
• ph33e does not pay interest on account balances.
• ph33e reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is suspected to be fraudulent or made in error.
• Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.
• ph33e is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ph33e may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ph33e promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph33e reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ph33e Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on ph33e, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

ph33e uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios and are subject to independent oversight. ph33e does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• All bets placed on ph33e are final once confirmed. ph33e will not reverse a bet after it has been accepted, except in cases of a technical error or manifest error as determined by ph33e.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, ph33e reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players.
• ph33e reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph33e Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ph33e, whether under your own name or using a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the ph33e Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the ph33e Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the ph33e Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to ph33e support immediately.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Accessing the ph33e Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your ph33e account.
• Engaging in any conduct that ph33e reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or ph33e staff.

8. Responsible Gaming

ph33e is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or personal harm, ph33e encourages players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph33e Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ph33e content without prior written consent.
• Use any ph33e trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the ph33e Platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the ph33e Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of ph33e intellectual property may result in legal action. ph33e reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph33e, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph33e Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the ph33e Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ph33e's reasonable control.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes resulting from technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

ph33e's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph33e Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph33e account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph33e's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

ph33e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, ph33e will return any verified, non-bonus balance to the account holder via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to ph33e. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your ph33e account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within one (1) business day.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

ph33e collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a ph33e account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph33e Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory authorities in the Philippines.

ph33e's decisions on all gaming matters, including the outcome of games, the application of bonus terms, and the interpretation of these Terms, are final and binding, subject only to any applicable regulatory review process.
